Haryana-based steel pipes and tubes maker Jindal Supreme India has announced that its IPO will open for public subscription on September 16, with the equity shares scheduled to be listed on the stock exchanges on September 23.
The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 1.07 crore equity shares, along with an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 26.86 lakh shares by promoter entity VVJ Enterprise.
The anchor book will open for a day on September 15, while the public issue will close on September 18. The IPO share allotment is expected to be finalised by September 21.
The price band for the offer is likely to be announced this week.
The company refiled draft document for IPO with SEBI in April 2026, which was subsequently approved by the capital markets regulator in July 2026.
