Shares of Gaja Alternative Asset Management fell as much as 3.5 per cent on Thursday after the company's revenue dropped more than 49 per cent in the June quarter of the current fiscal.

The shares settled at Rs 155.33 apiece on the NSE, down 2.12 per cent.

The stock came under pressure after the company's revenue from operations fell nearly 50 per cent to Rs 16 crore in the first quarter of 2026-27, compared with Rs 31 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal.

On a sequential basis, revenue declined 20 per cent from Rs 20 crore in the March quarter.

Meanwhile, profit after tax rose 35 per cent to Rs 27 crore in the June quarter from Rs 20 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal.
