Fabric manufacturing and processing company Sonaselection India is set to hit Dalal Street with its maiden public issue of 1.43 crore equity shares on September 17. The offer will remain open until September 21.
The initial public offering comprises entirely a fresh issue of 1.43 crore equity shares.
The anchor book will open for institutional investors for a day on September 16. The company is likely to finalise the IPO share allotment by September 22, while its shares are expected to start trading on the stock exchanges from September 24.
The company will disclose the IPO price band in the next couple of days.
Rajasthan-based Sonaselection India converts raw textiles into finished fabrics, specialising in the manufacturing of 100 percent cotton fabrics, cotton lycra (stretch) fabrics, cotton blends and polyester blends.
