Andersen Global, a tax, valuation and financial advisory services provider, has added Andersen Société d'Avocats (Andersen in France) as a new member practice in France.
The move further extends the company's operations in the region.
Andersen global chairman and CEO Mark L. Vorsatz said: "Our presence in France takes an important step forward with a team that understands both the local market and the increasingly international needs of today's businesses."
Based in Paris, Andersen in France provides legal services to clients in the country and overseas.
The company offers legal solutions covering corporate tax, international tax, transfer pricing, VAT and tax litigation issues.
