AXA has entered into a partnership with US technology company Publicis Sapient to support the next phase of its AI transformation.
The French insurer said the arrangement centres on the continued buildout of its Global AI Hub, which is designed to scale AI agents across the group's operations.
Publicis Sapient supplies enterprise AI platforms and services.
AXA Group operations CEO, group chief technology & AI officer Matthieu Caillat said: "As we continue to scale AI across the Group, our priority is to combine safe and efficient AI, strong governance and practical business applications that create lasting value."
AXA said the hub provides shared, global and standardised foundations for AI agents, with the goal of reducing time-to-market and costs, freeing AXA entities to focus on business value rather than building common AI infrastructure independently of one another.
