Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company has acquired shares worth Rs 30.48 crore in Spectrum Electrical Industries, while Fidelity has offloaded a 2.69 percent stake in Computer Age Management Services (CAMS) through open-market transactions on September 10.
Spectrum Electrical Industries shares hit a record high on Thursday, locking in the 5 percent upper circuit for the sixth consecutive session to end at a new high of Rs 2,878.6 on the National Stock Exchange.
According to bulk-deal data on the stock exchanges, Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund bought 1.15 lakh shares, representing a 0.73 percent stake in electrical components maker Spectrum Electrical Industries, from Ajay Bhikamchand Jain for Rs 30.48 crore.

Societe Generale ODI bought 37.11 lakh shares, representing a 1.49 percent stake in Computer Age Management Services, India's largest registrar and transfer agent for mutual funds, for Rs 253.05 crore. Goldman Sachs Investments Mauritius I picked up 35.96 lakh shares, or a 1.45 percent stake, for Rs 245.16 crore.
