Global alternative asset management firm TPG-backed Newquest Asia Fund has offloaded a further Rs 200 crore worth of shares in Shadowfax Technologies, the technology-led third-party logistics company, through open market transactions on September 8.
As per the bulk deals data published by the BSE, Newquest Asia Fund IV (Singapore) sold 80 lakh shares, representing 1.36% of the paid-up equity, in Shadowfax. The shares were offloaded at Rs 250.03 apiece.
On the other side, Hong Kong-based investment firm Oxbow Capital Management-managed Oxbow Master Fund acquired an additional 47.85 lakh shares, equivalent to a 0.81% stake, for Rs 119.6 crore at Rs 250 per share.
This is the second transaction conducted by both investors in the September quarter.
With Tuesday's stake sale, Newquest has sold almost 3.5% stake in Shadowfax in the current quarter, reducing its shareholding to 8.03% from 11.53% as of June 2026.
